An afternoon conference on AI and real estate, in Naples, on Thursday, November 12, 2026, from 2:00 to 5:00 at the Hilton Naples. Sixty seats, by application, $200 each. The first annual summit; it is built as a series.
No. There is good free programming for that in Fort Myers two Fridays a month. AI+RE assumes you have already tried something and want to know what it cost somebody else.
Because nobody has this solved yet, and anyone claiming otherwise is guessing in public. The program is operators showing what they put into production. Two panels and a live demo, no visionary on stage.
No recording or livestream is planned. Operators are being asked for real numbers, and that only happens in a room that is not being filmed. Attendees get a written summary afterwards.
It is the format. At sixty, every hand can be taken, panels can be interrupted, and a speaker can say what a project actually cost. At three hundred it becomes a presentation.
Because the value of the room is who is in it. We are seating a mix of trades and company types, and the room only works if everyone in it has operating responsibility.
No. Applications are reviewed as they arrive and seats are confirmed on a rolling basis, which means the room fills on its own schedule rather than in the last week.
Ask. Multiple seats from one company are possible early on, and harder once the room is filling, because the point is a spread of companies.
Probably not. The room is weighted to builders, contractors, developers, architects and property-management operators. Nothing on the program is about generating listings.

The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce is the event’s partner. It promotes AI+RE to its members and runs registration on its own page. The program itself is ours.
Richard Forman, who is running it.
