Short, because the site does very little. One form, one advertising pixel, and a page of text.
The AI+RE 2026 Summit is organized by Richard Forman, who is the person responsible for everything collected here and the person to write to about it.

Your name, email address, company and role, the segment you pick for yourself, and whatever you write in the box about what would make the afternoon worth your time. Name, email and company are required. The rest is optional.
When you submit it, that goes three places: a Google Sheet we keep for the event, an email to the organizer, and a task in ClickUp, which is the project tool used to run the event. Nowhere else.
We use it to decide who is in the room, to come back to you about a seat, and to send you the event details once a seat is confirmed. If the room fills in your category, we use it to tell you that rather than leave you waiting.
Registration and payment run on the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce's own event page, not here. What you enter there is governed by the Chamber's privacy policy, not this one, and we never see your card details at any point.
Every page of this site loads a Meta pixel, which is the standard piece of code behind Facebook and Instagram advertising. It sets cookies in your browser and reports back to Meta that a visit happened.
It reports five things, and nothing else: that a page was viewed; that the apply page was viewed; that a pre-registration was submitted successfully; that someone clicked through to the Chamber's registration page; and that someone clicked or copied the contact email address. What you typed into the form is not sent to Meta — only the fact that a submission happened, and which segment was selected.
We use it to measure whether advertising for this event reaches the right people. Meta uses the data under its own terms. To limit that, your Meta Accounts Center has ad preference and off-site activity controls, and blocking third-party cookies in your browser or using an ad blocker will stop the pixel from loading here.
Typefaces come from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps ordinary server request logs. There is no analytics package, no session recording, no chat widget and no other tracker on this site.
Through the November 12, 2026 event, and into the planning for the next one, so that people who asked for a seat hear about it first. If you would rather we did not, say so and we remove you.
Write to the address above and ask. We will tell you what we hold, fix it if it is wrong, or delete it. There is no form to fill in and no account to close.
If this changes, the date below changes with it. We will not quietly add a tracker and leave this page as it was.
